Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") apply to all contracts concluded between the operator of this website (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "User") regarding the use of digital content and services of this website.

By registering or using our services, the User accepts these T&C. Any conflicting or deviating conditions of the User are not recognized unless the Provider has expressly agreed to them in writing.

2. Description of Services

The Provider gives the User access to digital content in the form of manga chapters. The scope of available content depends on the subscription model chosen by the User.

The use of the content is exclusively intended for private, non-commercial use. Sharing access credentials or content with third parties is prohibited.

3. Contract Conclusion and Registration

Registration is completed by filling out the registration form and confirming by clicking on the registration button. The User ensures that all information provided is truthful and complete.

The contract for using the chosen subscription is only concluded upon confirmation of the subscription and successful payment.

4. Subscriptions and Payment Terms

The Provider offers various subscription models that differ in price and scope of services:

  • Monthly subscription: Access to all content for one month
  • Annual subscription: Access to all content for one year

The prices for the respective subscriptions are displayed on the website and include the statutory value-added tax.

Payment is made in advance through the payment methods offered on the website. The User authorizes the Provider to debit the due amounts from their account or credit card.

5. Duration and Termination

The minimum duration depends on the chosen subscription:

  • Monthly subscription: 1 month
  • Annual subscription: 12 months

The subscription automatically renews for the respective duration unless terminated in a timely manner. Termination must be completed at least 14 days before the end of the term and can be done directly through the user account.

The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

As a consumer, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

Refund policy for digital content: According to § 356 para. 5 BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the delivery of digital content if the User has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and has confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal with the start of the execution of the contract through their consent.

Refund for subscriptions: We offer a refund within 14 days after subscription if less than 1 premium chapter has been read. After this time or if more content has been consumed, a refund is no longer possible. Refund requests can be submitted through the user account.

7. Usage Rights and Copyright

All content on this website, especially texts, images, graphics, and design, are subject to copyright and other laws protecting intellectual property. Reproduction, modification, distribution, and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the Provider.

The User only receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the content for private purposes.

8. Data Protection

The Provider collects and uses the User's personal data only within the framework of applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as in accordance with the Product Liability Act. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.

The Provider does not guarantee constant availability of the services. Temporary disruptions due to maintenance work or technical problems are possible.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should individual provisions of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

The Provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes in a timely manner.
